Q. What events do you provide?

A. We provide themed indoor sleepovers in both wigwam and den style teepees, outdoor sleepovers in a large 4 man teepee, VIP garden parties and Movie nights. Whatever your celebration, get together or event we can provide a solution.

Q. Do you do the themes for Fortnite/Disney/TickToc etc?

A. As a responsible teepee hire company we can not provide licenced equipment subject any trademarks such as Disney, TickToc, Fortnight, Among Us etc. without breaking the law. We can still work with you to style a theme that would complement the look you require. You can also add your own trademarked equipment to complete the theme.

Q. What area do you cover?

A. We currently provide parties within 15 miles of HU15 and the we will also endeavour to cover anywhere in East Yorkshire but sometimes we may have to include a small delivery charge to make this possible.

Q. How big are the teepees and how much space do I need?

A. Each teepee is big enough for one person and the area needed to set up with a single mattress will measure 170 cm long by 90 cm wide. We do have some shorter mattresses measuring 140 cm long should you wish to set up in a smaller area. The double teepee needs a footprint of 190 cm wide by 200 cm long and 218 high, this comes with either 2 single mattresses or one double memory foam mattress and is big enough for 2 adults. This is often the choice for a special date night or a parent and child sleepover.

Q. How long does it take to set up a party?

A. We do a lot of preparation before we arrive and can normally set up 6 tents in less than 60 minutes but this is dependant on how elaborate your party is. The take down is a little quicker as all the bedding and soft furnishings go straight in to the laundry bags.

Q. What age group are the teepees suitable for?

A. We would recommend the teepee parties from the ages of 4. However, we can provide larger mattress for adults if required for hen parties etc.

Q. Can I make a provisional booking?

A. Yes we will take provisional bookings however, we do ask that a £10 deposit is paid to secure the party date, the balance is payable 2-5 days before the party. If we receive another booking enquiry for your provisional date, we would discuss this with you before entering into any new agreements.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. If you need to cancel your booking at least 28 days before the party date we would refund your initial £10 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations less that 28 days. However, we would make every attempt to transfer the party to another suitable date subject to availability.

Q. How safe are the teepees?

A. Our handcrafted teepees conform to the UK CE Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 for structural, chemical and flammability and our comfy foam mattresses meet the BS7177 fire standards for low hazards. Everything is fully sanitised and the materials are laundered between parties. Ensuring that you and your guests have a safe and comfortable nights sleep.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes we hold full public liability insurance and can provide you with a copy if required.

Q. What happens if something is damaged at the party?

A. We ask for a £50 returnable security and damage loss deposit paid on your final invoice and if any damage occurs at the party we will provide you with a cost to repair or replace depending on the level of the damage before the deposit is returned to you.
